Ryan stepped into our floor refinishing job and things turned out wonderfully. We thought the entire floor was going to have to be replaced but he managed to sand down the floor in a very delicate situation, refinish it, and make it look brand new!! Ryan is hard to get because he is so busy, but if you are lucky enough to land him for a job you won't be disappointed.

Very professional. They showed up on time, wore booties so as not to track up my floors, worked really hard on the high traffic areas and got my 30+ year old carpet looking good as new. I’m extremely satisfied with their work and their price. Great value for the price. If your carpets need cleaning. Do yourself a big favor and contact the Steam Team. I highly recommend them!

The was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I called and was answered immediately. I told them that I needed my basement carpet clean and steps (which was horrible) and was on the schedule in three days time. I got a call the day before and the day of keeping me informed. The carpet looks amazing. I would 100% recommend, also very affordable.

I’ve now found the person to clean my area rugs! Our floors are all hard surfaces, so we have many area rugs/carpets. Ryan was focused on his job, very neat and he provides excellent communication—phone and text. He also cleaned several upholstered chairs. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable price.
